This Porsche 356 Convertible D 1600 Super is in excellent condition and has been partly restored 10 years ago. The paint on the exterior of the body is very nice. To our knowledge all the body work is original, and the body appears to never have been damaged too. All the gaps are perfect. The interior is in beige leather with beige fabric carpets. The car has an SC model engine no. 820116, thereafter tuned by the renowned Porsche specialist Duane Spencer. It has now 116 HP. The engine was built with a Shasa design big bore kit. Furthermore, the car is fitted with a lightened flywheel and a remote oil filter. There is also a new wiring harness and duel master brake cylinder. The car also comes with its original jack. This fantastic Convertible D 1600 Super is ready to be enjoyed this summer. A Convertible D is not only the successor of the Porsche Speedster, it is also rarer since only about 1330 appear to have been built. There is also a special Convertible D register in which this car can be found under its chassis number.
